My coaching is neurotype‑affirming: whether you identify as neurodivergent, neurotypical, or anywhere along the spectrum, I honor the ways your brain processes information and tailor strategies accordingly. We might use visual planners, digital reminders, habit‑stacking, tactile cues, or flexible scheduling—whatever aligns with your strengths. I also teach self‑advocacy techniques so you can communicate your needs effectively in work or school environments.
Through regular check‑ins, accountability structures, and skill‑building exercises, you’ll gain greater control over deadlines, reduce overwhelm, boost productivity, and cultivate confidence in managing complex projects. I offer dissertation coaching as a supportive, collaborative partnership designed to guide you through every stage of your doctoral project—from narrowing down a research question and crafting a compelling proposal to analyzing data, writing chapters, and preparing for a confident defense.
